Learn how to navigate perimenopause and menopausal with Dr. Jessica Oehlke - a board-certified Medical Doctor in Sleep Medicine and Psychiatry focusing on women’s sleep, circadian rhythm, and hormones.

Your Sleep in Perimenopause and Menopause

Perimenopause and menopause are universal stages of women’s aging, yet they’re often under-recognized and untreated. As hormones shift, many women notice changes in sleep first: difficulty falling asleep, waking in the night, or feeling unrefreshed in the morning. Over time, disrupted sleep can spill into daytime symptoms like anxiety, brain fog, irritability, low energy, and changes in weight, focus, or stress tolerance.

The good news is that these symptoms often have clear biological drivers and practical solutions. Once you understand what’s shifting in your body, you can take simple, evidence-based steps to support better sleep and quality of life.

Whether you’re noticing early changes, living with ongoing symptoms, or adapting to life after menopause, this workshop offers clear insight and practical tools to support better sleep, steadier energy, and long-term health.
