About me

Hi, I'm Dr. Jessica Oehlke, a double board-certified physician in Sleep Medicine and Psychiatry. My pregnancy and postpartum experiences opened my eyes to how little attention we pay to women's unique sleep needs despite extensive research showing how deeply hormonal changes and other biological factors affect sleep across women's lifespans.

I created Sleep for Women to offer evidence-based education and tools to help women unlock the full power of sleep and feel better at every stage of life. Every woman deserves sleep solutions that actually work for her body.
