Why Your Sleep in Menopause Matters

In menopause many women struggle to fall asleep, wake up in the middle of the night, or feel unrefreshed in the morning.

Over time these shifts can severely impact women’s quality of life as they often translate to lower energy, irritability, and difficulty managing weight, focus, or stress. Because the changes happen gradually, many women assume this becomes a “new normal” and something they must simply live with.

The good news is that these sleep disruptions often have clear causes and practical solutions. Once you understand what is shifting in your body, you can use simple and effective tools to support sleep, energy, and healthier aging throughout your menopause years.

What participants will receive:

In this 75-minute live session, you’ll get:

  • A Menopause Assessment focusing on your circadian rhythm, sleep, and hormones

  • An understanding of what happens in menopause and ways to navigate it

  • Awareness of what constitutes red flags that may require further medical evaluation

  • Insights and a PDF guide with practical and evidence-based tools and tips such as:

    • How to reduce nighttime awakenings

    • How to establish regularity in your daily routines for more energy and better sleep

    • How to work with your nervous system, not against it
